~~Hi I'm Brad Parsley, I'm 39 years old and was injured on 8/14/97 in a car

accident. I fractured my C-6 vertebrae in my neck which left me a Quadriplegic.

Before my accident if I wasn't working, you could find me spending time in the

woods hunting or on the lake fishing. Since my accident I've not been able to do

much of either.  ATOP has given me an opportunity to partner with them to help

raise the sufficient funds to purchase an Outdoor power chair for me. This new

power chair would give me the freedom and ability to go hunting with my son

and fishing again!  Any help will be appreciated! Please partner with me by
